Where is the facility located?

Vision Cigar & Cigarette Wholesale, LLC is based at 8 Willow St Unit 2 Gate 4, Salem, NH 03079. We distribute across much of the northeast.

What kind of the customers we are selling our products to?

We are a business to business company, so we sell our products to wholesaler, distributor, or retailers. Not to individual customer at this moment.

How can I become a distributor and/or retailer?

To become a distributor/retailer and be able to make purchases, you need to register for an account by filling out the application for review. This approval process verifies your legal eligibility as a tobacco retailer. To get started, begin here.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards and checks, as well as PayPal.

Where do you deliver?

We provide our own delivery service to retail stores within our distribution area. For more information, please contact us.

How can my retail store carry your products?

To become an authorized retailer, you must first complete our online form and upload your tobacco license and application. Once approved, you can place orders easily through our online store and schedule deliveries. To get started on an application, click here.

Can I register to carry vape products without a tobacco license?

Sure! We can accommodate vape-only retailers as long as you are still able to prove your legal eligibility to carry our products. The application is the same, however, we may request additional documentation to verify your eligibility.

Can I pick up products directly from your location?

If local, orders may be picked up from Salem, NH headquarters if placed in advance. Only authorized personnel on authorized accounts is eligible.

What happens if there is a mistake with my order?

Our team will always work to correct any errors made as quickly as possible. If you have a mistake, please immediately reach out to us.
